The project: “Time to Act: Minority Youth Leaders in Georgia” was implemented in December 2014 in Georgia.
The main activity was the training course for youth workers covering the following issues: equal rights and opportunities for young people with fewer opportunities, social inclusion and integration strategies and methodologies, role of youth leaders and engagement with the decision-makers. The project aimed at empowering youth leaders with knowledge, information and experience which would be used in their local settings.
The project was highly evaluated by the local partner and the participants. It was an excellent learning experience for all of us and some the findings of this project will be used to inform our future work in the region.
