Empowering Youth with Multiple Disadvantages

Our recent project in Georgia in partnership with the Youth Alliance for Human Rights (YAHR). Within the project was implemented the training of trainers (ToT) course in Georgia and local follow up activities run by the course participants. The ToT course  introduced and provided necessary competencies for working with disadvantaged groups. Some of the key topics addressed were social exclusion, discrimination, youth participation, social enterpreneurship. Participants were taught about different ways of tackling these challnging issues. The project aim was to respond some of the most pressing challenges of youth with multiple disadvantages, communicate their needs and views to the relevant stakeholders and create a strong network of aspiring youth workers.
The project was supported by the UK National Agency for the Erasmus + Programme.
